What is RF microneedle?

6. Melasma
Melasma is believed to involve multiple factors, including increased melanin, damage to the basement membrane, and an increase in the number of fibroblasts and dermal blood vessels. In the presence of inflammation and vascular proliferation, treatments that only affect melanin often have poor efficacy.
