Does Uangelcare provide training?

Uangelcare provides online or video training, and if you are fortunate enough to visit, we also offer face-to-face training.

What is the warranty?

Uangelcare provides a one-year warranty service. If the product you purchased incurs losses due to quality issues within one year, we will provide free accessories and repair videos to ensure you have a high-quality shopping experience. If the product you purchased exceeds the warranty period and is damaged, you can contact customer service to purchase accessories, and we will also send a video to help you repair the product.

How can I place order?

If you need to purchase a product, please contact customer service to inquire about the price, and we will provide you with a quotation based on the actual product price and shipping cost.UangelCare will produce the products once receive your payment, and send tracking number to you once the parcel sent.

What payment methods does UangelCare accept?

If your order is below $3000, Uangelcare accepts payment via PayPal or Western Union. If your order exceeds $3000, we recommend that you make payment via T/T.

How long will I receive my parcel?

Product production usually takes 3-7 days.
Different countries have different modes of transportation and require varying amounts of time.Air and sea transportation in Asian countries usually takes 3-15 days. Assuming you are a customer from a European or American country, if you choose international express delivery, the transportation will take 7-15 days;
If you choose sea freight, the transportation will take 45-60 days.

How can I get return or refund for my order?

Due to the huge cost of international transportation, we do not provide return services. If the product you receive is damaged during transportation or due to quality issues during use, we will provide product accessories and videos to help you repair it, or we will bear a partial refund to compensate for your loss.
